  Hotel Reservations:

  The KSPE room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites is currently sold out. However, we encourage you to call the hotel directly at (620) 225-0000 (mention KSPE 2025 and Group Code: 907)—there may have been cancellations or additional availability outside the block.

  If you have a reservation you no longer need, please release it as soon as possible or let us know so we can help connect it with another attendee. Thank you for helping us make the most of limited availability.

  Cancellation Policy:
  If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided (minus a $50 processing fee) for cancellations made by May 30, 2025. No cancellations will be accepted after May 30, 2025 due to hotel guarantee deadlines. Please send your cancellation request to Christin Monts at info@kansasengineer.org.
