The Kansas Society of Professional Engineers and Missouri Society of Professional Engineers are pleased to continue the Government Engineers Leadership Program (GELP) in 2027. This exclusive program is offered to MSPE and KSPE members working in the government sector who are committed to strengthening their leadership skills and advancing their careers in public service.

GELP develops the leadership competencies needed to succeed in today's public sector through highly interactive sessions led by experts in engineering, business administration, government affairs, public policy, and organizational leadership. Participants engage in structured professional development, expand their professional network through meaningful peer relationships, and gain practical insights from experienced leaders across government and the engineering profession.
